These are not side issues.
They are questions of clarity, structure, leadership and responsibility.
AI does not only change how we work. It exposes how work already happens. Knowledge that sits in a few people’s heads. Decisions nobody can fully explain anymore. Processes that made sense once and now run out of habit.

CAAIE
CAAIE stands for Certified Applied AI Expert, an applied AI education platform. I co-founded it, and as Program Lead I am responsible for platform strategy, the curriculum, the tutor network and program quality.
We design certification programs, executive education, tailored company programs and industry-specific learning formats that help professionals and organizations move beyond experimentation and build real AI capability.
The principle stays the same: it is not about showing people tools, but about them being able to apply AI in their own work.

Vascular International
As CEO of Vascular International, I lead an international organization for hands-on vascular surgery education and simulation.
I oversee the educational portfolio, the partnerships and sponsorships with hospitals, medical societies and industry, and the technology transformation behind course administration, sales and operations.
Different field, same principle: technology is only as useful as the system and the people around it. What I learned here about training, quality and trust is what I bring to the work with AI.

About
I have spent almost ten years working in technology, across more than forty projects.
I started in global application services at Schindler, leading digital projects inside an international organization for more than six years, and later joined BCG as a senior technology consultant. Having seen technological change first from the inside and then from the outside still shapes how I explain it.
What runs through all of the roles is the same work: building something so that it holds up in everyday use.
